The IT4IT Data Services is an expanding Azure based service that provides Fast Access to Integrated Data and Analytics. We have built a Centralized Data platform by ingesting data from various sources like Servicenow, IOL, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Atternity, Feeder files and so on.

Multiple teams are maintaining the same information in different databases thereby resulting in creation of redundant databases and lot of efforts are spent by multiple teams to maintain the same data.

Our team has helped resolve this major pain point by bringing in all the data into the IT4IT Data Service repository. By this, we can decommission numerous redundant databases therefore, achieve cost savings, maintain data integrity, reduce maintenance efforts and having a single source of truth for all the users.

In addition the Central repository is yet growing and we help users ingest New Data onto our platform enabling them to build their own Analytics Solutions. IT4IT Data Services solution is hosted on Azure DNA Platform maintained and supported by the IT4IT Central DevOps team who work on the ETL development aspects of the Data and operations of the Platform.
